March 16 - Mzuzu Downtown

Updated with little bit more text both in English and Croatian on March 18 at 5:30 PM (GMT+1)

Today was my first free day so I decided to walk to downtown and back, like Jeff would like do it. It what cloudy so I took an umbrella, however there was no a drop of rain. I noticed that no matter how cloudy is, it usually rains in the afternoon or during the night. Anyway, I had a few kilometers and a few hours long walk to downtown and back. I took some pictures and it was so hot when I came back that another shower was necessary. I replenished my water and had an orange and apple.

Saturday morning was cloudy so I took an umbrella and went to downtown Mzuzu. It had been hotter than I expected and I tried to walk in the shade whenever it was possible. The walk took three hours and when I came back I was so hot and sweaty. The last part of walking was uphill so that contributed additionally to my sweating. I got a little bit red colour in my face and on my arms. However, I got Vaseline Aloe lotion and I generously applied it a few times on the affected areas (I was so greeeeasy). I drank a lot of water too. I underestimated African sun even when it was partly cloudy and I forgot how close Malawi is to the equator. Nowadays, instead of taking an umbrella when I go for a walk, I take a hat. It does not rain even when the clouds are heavy.
